Yep! It’s UPSTAIRS in the fencing club, (NOT in the Crossfit gym downstairs).

50 minute full-body workouts designed to increase your level of strength and endurance!

  • Full-body strength and conditioning every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:10am- 11:00am.

    To get the job done, we use various pieces of equipment, (dumbbells, kettlebells, booty bands, battle ropes, bosu ball, sandbags...etc).

    Please bring your water bottle and good sneakers.

    • Mobility drills and foam rolling instruction.
