After we complete your first movement assessment and clarify your fitness goals, I’ll provide you with the programming, coaching, and guidance to take your fitness to the next level!
Enjoy your workouts alongside 1 to 4 other fitness goers!
1-hour sessions.

2 to 4 clients per session.
monthly re-assessments.
$45 per session.
175 De Haro every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, (10am or 11am sessions).
Join up to 3 sessions per week.
Sessions start the first week of April.
