Small Group Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions

and 1:1 Personal Training Starting April 2025!

Starting next month, Fresh Air Fitness will offer individualized programming to support you in achieving your specific fitness goals. (Drop-in HIIT classes will no longer be available at the 175 De Haro location.)

  • Starting April 2025, all drop-in group HIIT classes will be at UCSF’s Millberry and Baker gyms.

    *UCSF gym membership required.

    • After we complete your first movement assessment and clarify your fitness goals, I’ll provide you with the programming, coaching, and guidance to take your fitness to the next level!

    • Enjoy your workouts alongside 1 to 4 other fitness goers!

    • 1-hour sessions.

    • equipment provided.

    • 2 to 4 clients per session.

    • monthly re-assessments.

    • $45 per session.

    • 175 De Haro every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning, (10am or 11am sessions).

    • Join up to 3 sessions per week.

    • Sessions start the first week of April.
